Eureka Dynamometric Tamper

The Eureka Dynamometric tamper was designed to improve tamp consistency and reduce channeling.  The spring mechanism assist the barista apply a consistent 30lbs of pressure and the plate on the tamper rest on top of the portafilter to ensure a perfectly perpendicular tamp.  The handle was specifically designed by Eureka R&D to be ergonomic and very comfortable to use.
