La Pavoni PUB 1V

La Pavoni is one of the oldest espresso machine manufacturer established in 1905.  The PUB 1V is a compact and powerful 1-group commercial espresso machine made with high quality materials in Milan, Italy.  It features large a 6.5L copper heat exchanger boiler, electronic programmable dosing,  and rotary pump.  The press-forged brass and chrome plated group features a vertical infusion chamber and pressurization system which eliminates group dripping and ensure consistent, balanced shots of coffee with pre-infusion. It is designed for professional use in commercial settings of 150-200 drinks per day making it perfect for coffee carts, food trucks, restaurants or other light commercial applications.

• Heat Exchanger: The PUB 1V features a large 6.5L heat exchanger insulated boiler allowing the user to pull shots after shots.  The heat exchanger was designed to ensure consistent water circulation through the boiler for improved thermal stability
