Pressurestat XP200A 16A 1/4"

PRESSURE SWITCH XP200A. Connection ø 1/4"M - 16A 125/250V.  This is a dual pressure pressure stat with the upper microswitch set to 0.8bar and the lower microswitch set to 1.4bar. 

The XP200A has recnetly been used in a Pavoni modification that allows for better steaming pressure when combined with the 4 prongs element and the old school dual switch.  The wiring (not included) will also need to be modified for this modification. You might need to adjust the 1.4bar pressure down to avoid having the safety pressure valve release excess pressure when in "steaming mode". More information can be found on this reddit conversation.  Please note that you are performing this mod at your own risk and that it does make the Pavoni lever operate outside of it's normal pressure of 0.8bar.

It should be noted that these pressurestats were not designed for successive or frequent adjustments, and doing so will significantly shorten the life of the part.
