A true "dark horse," the first time this blend was roasted it was a mistake. Smoking Gun Coffee intended to make Show Pony but put the wrong blend of beans in the roaster. It turned out wonderful! Full, robust, classic, sweet, full-bodied, and incredibly drinkable. It's the perfect coffee if you like the classic coffee profile, with notes of S'mores, Almond, and Dark Chocolate.
