Thom Bargen’s El Pedregal is a sweet, balanced Colombian that brings together juicy fruit and plenty of chocolatey comfort. Apple sauce, red berries, and milk chocolate make for a creamy, full-bodied cup with bright citrus acidity and an easy sweetness. Grown by Fidencio Castillo in Colombia’s Nariño region, this washed Caturra goes through an extended fermentation to bring out extra clarity and character.
