Thom Bargen’s Dumerso Sisters is a clean, floral Ethiopian that really shines as a filter coffee. Notes of peach, black tea, and honey come together in a light, sweet cup with a nice mix of juicy fruit and tea-like character. This natural heirloom lot comes from the Dumerso Sisters’ washing station in Hirut, where their focus on both coffee and their local community makes this one pretty easy to get behind. This is just a bright, easy-drinking Ethiopian with plenty of flavour!
