Too Good Coffee’s Ruby Lychee is a seriously fruity Colombian that gets a little weird—in the best way. Grown in Cauca and put through a double anaerobic fermentation at Granja Paraiso 92, this coffee packs a ton of fruit into the cup. Lychee, peach, fruit candy, and syrupy sweetness come together for a bold, juicy coffee that’s hard to mistake for your average Colombian. It’s a fun one as a light-roast pour over, and over ice it starts feeling a lot more like dessert than coffee.
